TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking with England Plus Tours could not be simpler or more flexible. After agreeing on the final route and price, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. We ask for a 10% deposit to hold the booking with the balance due 1 calendar month before the tour. Payment can be made with any major credit card or by bank transfer.
Prices are per vehicle and include fuel, parking and road tolls plus the services of a professional Blue Badge Driver Guide. Tours will be conducted in our 8-seater Mercedes V Class. For larger groups of over 7 people, a mini coach and driver will be hired at no extra cost.
Food, drinks and entrance costs are not included, unless specified in the tour itinerary.
To reduce the price of an excursion, you may consider sharing the cost with friends, family or other people who wish to take the same tour on the same day. This arrangement would be well suited to guests arriving on a cruise ship.
A complimentary pick up and drop off is included anywhere in south-east Kent, including rail stations and Dover Cruise Terminal. If you require a pick up outside this area, please note that a supplement will be charged depending on the distance involved.
For longer tours in England, Scotland, France and Belgium, please contact us for a quote, providing us with details of your planned itinerary and planned travel dates.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to tour – all money including deposit refunded.
8 – 14 days prior to tour 50% refund (less incurred administration charges).
2 – 7 days prior to tour 25% refund (less incurred administration charges).
Less than 48 hours prior to tour – no refund, except in the event of force majeure or a genuine delay out of your control.
Where England Plus Tours purchases advanced tickets on behalf of customer, a 2.5% charge will be added. There is no refund on any pre-paid admission charges.
Payments made by Credit or Debit card will only be refunded to the card originally used.
All overseas clients are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
