Hever Castle and Chartwell
Start the day with a visit to Hever, deep in the Kent countryside. Hever Castle was the childhood home of Ann Boleyn and dates back to the 15th century. The gardens are also outstanding. Chartwell was the private home of Winston Churchill and provides a fascinating insight into the politician and great wartime leader.
Hampton Court Palace
Originally built in 1514 for Cardinal Wolsey, Hampton Court Palace later became Henry VIII’s favourite residence. In the 1690’s William III rebuilt and extended much of the original Tudor palace modelled on Versailles. George II was the last monarch to live in the magnificent palace that we can still visit today.

Windsor Castle and Runnymede
Visit Windsor, the most famous and prestigious of all our Royal Palaces. Founded by William the Conqueror, Windsor is the longest inhabited castle in the world. Your visit will include the magnificent state rooms and St George’s Chapel where many English monarchs including Queen Elizabeth II are interred. We will also pass through Runnymede on the River Thames.
